Al-Mustapha Discharged and Acquited over the Death of Kudirat Abiola

Recently sentenced in a January 30th hearing, Al-Mustapha was acquitted at an appeal court in Lagos, having his death sentence over turned.

The Trial which has lasted for years following the accused been mentioned in the death of the wife of Late Politician and winner of the June 12 elections, MKO Abiola , Kudirat Abiola, can been said to have reached a conclusion.
